ERP for small production workshops
Get your workshop out of the notebook

The problem
Sound familiar?
Cost is guesswork
You price by instinct. Whether the month ended in profit, nobody can say for sure.
Stock lives in a notebook
Nobody knows exactly how much material is left. It runs out when you need it, and the surplus gathers dust.
Deadlines slip
To find out which stage an order is at, you have to go and ask the foreman.
Payroll turns into an argument
Piece rates are added up by hand at month end. Who did how much becomes a dispute.
The answer
What ProFaber does
Orders
From intake to handover in one window. Every order shows the stage it is at.
Production
The routing — which parts and how much material go into a product — is entered once, and calculated automatically from then on.
Stock
Receipts and issues are automatic. The system warns you before material runs out.
Cost
Real cost including material, labour and overhead. You price from figures, not from instinct.
Piece-rate payroll
Every completed operation is recorded automatically. At month end the payroll is ready.
Customers and debts
Who paid what up front, who still owes — at a glance.

Custom work
The parts you cannot buy off the shelf
None of this existed in Odoo and none of it is for sale in the app store. Each piece came out of a real workshop problem and was tested in production.
GibLab .project parser
The project file is read in pure Python: parts, material and thickness, metres of edge band, hardware, CNC holes and routing.
Bazis-Mebelshchik .b3d import
The binary format was reverse engineered. Detection is by file signature (BZ85), so it still works when the extension has been changed.
Trilingual bot
Statements, production status and reports come straight from the bot. When a stage changes the customer gets a message with the PDF attached.
Enterprise Manufacturing on Community
Work orders, quality steps, PIN login and Shop Floor were rebuilt across nine modules. Five Enterprise defects were fixed along the way.
Payroll by shift
Completed square metres are split across workers and shifts. Each role has its own rate, and the payroll currency is independent of the company currency.
Offcut tracking
Every offcut is recorded with its size and location, then found again on a new order by an «at least this size» search and used instead of a new sheet.
MCP server
Five read-only tools: order status, stock on hand, financial summary, cost and customer history. The customer supplies their own AI key.
Multi-factory panel
A new customer's database is created from a template, subscription and payments are tracked, and support can sign in on the customer's behalf.
Industries
Who it's for
Furniture shops
One order carries different sizes, colours and materials — all written down on the order card. A wardrobe and a sofa each cost out from their own routing, and material use is measured, not estimated.
Door manufacturing
Standard models are entered once; a non-standard size is one number on the order. Material use and price recalculate for the new size automatically.
Metal structures
Material is tracked in kilograms and metres, and what is left after cutting stays on the books. Real cost and margin are visible while you quote.

Workflow
From order to close — six steps
The stages run in order. Until the previous one is confirmed the next will not open, so «what is ready?» stops being a question.
-
1
Order
The lead moves through the pipeline, a sales order is raised and a deposit invoiced.
-
2
Project
The CAD file is attached: specification, BoM and cutting list are generated.
-
3
Material
Transfer from the warehouse to production. Shortages go onto a purchase order.
-
4
Production
Cutting → edging → CNC → assembly. Each stage records time, worker and volume.
-
5
Control
Quality check, scrap and offcuts recorded. Offcuts go back into stock.
-
6
Close
Delivery, final invoice, cost and margin report.

One-off fee
Setup is not part of the plan
The plans above are a monthly subscription. Getting the system running is a one-off job: it is quoted separately and paid once, at the start.
Every month
- Server, storage and backups
- Updates and technical support
- Access to the selected modules
- Telegram bot and reports
Once — setup
- Database configuration and workflow build
- Migration of catalogue, customers and stock
- Module implementation and integration
- Staff training
The setup fee depends on the modules you choose and the amount of data — the price calculator gives the exact figure.
A larger workshop?
More than 30 workers, several sites or specific requirements — we will talk it through and put together an offer that fits.

Q&A
Frequently asked questions
What happens if the internet goes down?
Data lives on the server, so nothing is lost. As soon as the connection is back you carry on from the same place — mobile data on a phone is enough.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The system opens in a browser and adapts to a phone screen. The foreman marks stages from a phone on the floor, and you read the reports from anywhere.
Where is my data stored?
Your account sits on its own server and never mixes with other workshops. A backup is taken automatically every day, and we will hand you a copy on request.
Who teaches the team to use it?
During implementation we work alongside your team: configure, train and enter the first orders together. After that we stay reachable by phone and Telegram.
Will you migrate our Excel data?
Yes. We move customers, products and stock balances from Excel ourselves — it is included in the implementation price. All we need are the files.
How do the contract and payment work?
We sign a formal contract and bill a monthly subscription, in cash or by bank transfer. If it does not suit you, stop any month and we return your data in Excel.
Who builds it
Deep Vision
Less spend, more result
We do not simply install an ERP. We analyse the business processes first, then build the solution that fits them.
Deep Vision carries technology projects from start to finish: consulting, implementation, optimisation and continuous support. ProFaber is the result of that work in manufacturing.
